National TEM Sales Executive
The candidate will be responsible for bringing new clients for Telecom/Wireless Expense management through field marketing, as well as providing consultative services to large enterprises. The job has salary plus commissions

Requirements:

  • The candidate will be responsible for direct sales for bringing new clients.
  • Must be proficient in consultative sales to medium to large enterprises.
  • Must have Telecommunications, Mobile or Wireless services sales experience.
  • Enterprise Software sales experience or Telecom Expense Management (TEM) sales experience selling to mid to large Enterprise accounts would be a plus.
  • Must be comfortable to present product ROI to C-level management.
  • Proven business development history, as well as strong executive networking skills.
  • Ability to respond to RFP/RFIs
  • Ability to interact with outside industry analysts 
  • Must be extremely professional and goal oriented.
  • A minimum of 10 years of SALES experience is required.

Wireline / Landline Services Billing Manager
The job involves working with mid to large enterprises for managing the entire process of Billing and Order management of their Telecommunication services using our software platform.

Requirements:

  • Should have at least 5+ years background entering, reviewing, auditing & processing Telecom billing.
  • Reconciles Telecom billing accounts by maintaining billing system; processing bills; resolving billing problems.
  • Should be able to converse independently with enterprise clients & telecom vendors.
  • Should be able to gather information & place orders with carriers on behalf of the clients for complex circuits.
  • Should be able to work with the client for contract management with carriers.
  • Should have good understanding of various Telecommunication services Wireline voice &data etc.
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
  • Improves billing system by recommending system and information enhancements; approving acceptance testing.
  • Protects company telecom assets by investigating unusual changes in account bills; recommending blocks on accounts.
  • Serves customers by evaluating customer disputes regarding charges; providing explanations.
  • Prepares billing reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends.
  • Experience working at a Telecom Expense management company would be a plus.
