He held various management roles at Nortel Networks. He has assisted numerous businesses in strategic network planning focusing on Telecommunications Billing Management, OSS, Network Security and Voice-Data convergence. He holds an MBA from Babson Business School in Massachusetts and Bachelors of Engineering with majors in Telecommunications.
Chet Jackson, Sales Development has more than 22 years of telecommunications sales experience with Fortune 500 companies including GTE, US West, Qualcomm and Nextel. He grew GTE's North Texas market into number one in national sales. He led growth of Qualcomm's new product sales. He has led sales teams for Nextel's largest strategic accounts. Chet holds a Masters degree from Tulane University's Freeman School of Business and a Bachelors of Science from Tulane University in Louisiana.
Jim Butts, Marketing & Channel Development has over 20 years in marketing communications & channel development experience in various SaaS & Telecom based technologies. He has led major successful marketing campaigns for enterprise telecom software. He has also managed a large portfolio of Independent telecom agents. Jim holds a Doctor of Philosophy from Claremont Graduate School in California & B.S. from Shepherd College in West Virginia.
Shana Janssen, Operations Management has over 15 years Telecom experience having worked at AT&T and Sprint. She has worked with global enterprises on their complete Telecom life cycle management including Account Audits, Billing Resolutions, Inventory analysis & more.
Richa Gupta, Engineering Development has expertise in designing complex software systems for Telecommunications Billing Management. She has led engineering teams at GE and Siemens for successful new product developments. She holds an MBA in Information technology from IIT Delhi, India and Bachelors of Technology in Electrical Engineering from Delhi University, India.
