- Should have at least 5+ years background in understanding telecom billing for phone & mobile/wireless services.
- Reconciles Telecom billing accounts by maintaining billing system; processing bills; resolving billing problems.
- In depth knowledge of carrier plans to place client orders.
- Maintains Mobile billing system by entering and updating tables, rate plans, system configurations, and new product definitions; coordinating procedures with system engineers.
- Verifies Telecom bill processing and accounts by preparing audit schedules; conducting audits.
- Improves billing system by recommending system and information enhancements; approving acceptance testing.
- Protects company telecom assets by investigating unusual changes in account bills; recommending blocks on accounts.
