For over ten years he has build the company as strong player in telecom and mobile management technologies. He strives to build innovative integrated products for enterprises. Prior to founding Amtel, he has worked in numerous successful companies in management and engineering roles. He has assisted large enterprises in strategic network planning focusing on Telecommunications Billing Management, OSS, Network Security and Voice-Data convergence. He holds an MBA from Babson Business School in Massachusetts and Bachelors of Engineering with majors in Telecommunications.

Richa Gupta, Chief Software Architect, has expertise in designing complex software systems for Telecommunications Billing and Security Management. Her focus on engineering design and software development at Amtel has led to rapid development of enterprise class products. Prior to Amtel, she led engineering teams at GE and Siemens for successful new product developments. She holds an MBA in Information technology and Bachelors of Science in Electrical Engineering.

Shana Janssen, Operations Management, provides leadership for customer service and support teams. She provides processes and controls for best client satisfaction for Amtel products and services. She has over 15 years Telecom experience having worked at AT&T and Sprint. She has worked with global enterprises for their Telecom life cycle management including Telecom Operations, Audits, Inventory analysis, Contracts & more.
