Invoices
TIMS helps to bring Invoices into the system; electronically audit them against Orders, Inventory and Contracts; splits them up into GL codes for cost allocation; send to departmental heads for approval and finally for payments to Accounts Payable. The system can handle invoices from countries on five continents, all around the globe.
When discrepancies occur, our Professional Services teams open billing tickets with the carriers and follow those billing tickets to resolution for credits. TIMS can be linked to both HR and Financial software systems for automated feeds.

Inventory
Inventory stores all the key components of telecom services: service addresses, service plans, speeds, allocations, and more. When a TIMS user closes an order in the TIMS Orders module, TIMS automatically updates Inventory.
